چکیده

The majority of therapy methods include downsides and limits. As a result, many researchers are focused on developing effective remedies. Therapeutic peptides, like proteins antibodies, potential class medications that have number advantages over traditional pharmaceuticals. Williamson marianensis-produced cholesterol oxidase has been demonstrated to medicinal value. Using PCR primers specific an expression vector (pET28b), we were able clone the gene express it in E. coli (BL-21/DE3) Rosetta following identification with IPTG. Genscript Corporation United States sequenced gyncholestrol (500 bp) create cox sequence, which was then submitted for synthesis. pET 28a(+) William showed twofold restriction digestion pattern. pattern made up two strands: one carrier plasmid (4200 other 2800 base pair strand contained gene. successfully cloned expressed as consequence. marianensis-derived will be exploited future re

Purification, molecular cloning, heterologous expression and characterization of pig CYP1A2.

Porcine cytochrome P450 (CYP) 1A2 was purified to electrophoretic homogeneity from the hepatic microsomes of beta-naphthoflavone-treated male pigs. In a reconstituted system, this enzyme showed a good catalytic activity towards caffeine, acetanilide, and methoxyresorufin, all known markers of mammalian CYP1A2. Using 3'- and 5'-rapid amplification of coding DNA (cDNA) ends (RACE), we amplified f...

Molecular cloning, heterologous expression, and enzymatic characterization of lysoplasmalogen‐specific phospholipase D from Thermocrispum sp.

Lysoplasmalogen (LyPls)-specific phospholipase D (LyPls-PLD) is an enzyme that catalyses the hydrolytic cleavage of the phosphoester bond of LyPls, releasing ethanolamine or choline, and 1-(1-alkenyl)-sn-glycero-3-phosphate (lysoplasmenic acid). Little is known about LyPls-PLD and metabolic pathways of plasmalogen (Pls). Reportedly, Pls levels in human serum/plasma correlate with several diseas...

Cloning and heterologous expression of Laccase in pichia pastoris and determination some of biochemical properties

Laccase (EC 1.10.3.2) are multi-copper oxidase which catalyze the oxidation aromatic and non- aromatic compounds with electron reduction of molecular oxygen to water. Nucleotide sequence of laccase (accession number : ) was optimized according codon preference of Pichia pastoris. Gene was synthesized and cloned into pPICZalpha A. laccase under control of AOX1 promoter was transformed to P.pasto...

Molecular Cloning, Expression and Enzymatic Assay of Pteridine Reductase 1 from Iranian Lizard Leishmania

Background: Currently, there are no effective vaccines against leishmaniasis, and treatment using pentavalent antimonial drugs is occasionally effective and often toxic for patients. The PTR1 enzyme, which causes antifolate drug resistance in Leishmania parasites encoded by gene pteridine reductase 1 (ptr1). Since Leishmania lacks pteridine and folate metabolism, it cannot synthesize the pterid...

Molecular Cloning and Expression of Cro s 1: an Occupational Allergen from Saffron Pollen (Crocus sativus)

Background: The cultivation of saffron is expanding through the southeast of Iran, and allergy to saffron pollen occurs in workers involved in processing this plant. We aimed to clone, sequence and express a major allergen involved in saffron pollen allergy, and to compare the recombinant with the natural allergen. Methods: The N-terminal amino acid sequence of Cro s 1, an allergen from saff...
